The Virginia Mountain Bears are excited to announce that the Matthew Shepard Foundation will be one of the charities benefitting from the silent auction as well as the hotel stay drawing (see information below). MOUNTAIN BEAR MADNESS "STAY FOR FREE" RAFFLE FOR CHARITY
The Virginia Mountain Bears would like to let you know about a special raffle that we are conducting this year to benefit our charities.
On Saturday July 31st the Virginia Mountain Bears will have a random drawing for (1) FREE weekend stay at the host hotel for the course of the event (Thursday - Sunday). You may purchase your chances for the prize during the entire weekend of the event.
Cost per chance is only $2.50 for (1) or $10 for (5).
100% of the raffle proceeds goes to charity. See Rules and Regulations below.
Rules and Regulations
1. Registered and Paid attendees may purchase a chance for a FREE weekend hotel stay at the Quality Inn Roanoke Airport during the announced dates of Mountain Bear Madness.
2. There are no limits to the amount of chances to be purchased. Each raffle purchased increases your odds of winning and goes to help those in need.
3. 100% of the money raised during this raffle will be divided among the chosen charities.
4. The drawing will be held on Saturday July 31st during the dinner.
5. Winner must be a registered guest at the Quality Inn Roanoke Airport.
6. Winner must be checked in and have a credit card on file for incidentals before prize is redeemed.
7. You do not need to be present to win.
8. This promotion does not cover damages or other incidentals accrued during the guests stay at the Quality Inn Airport. |
